This session will guide you and your party planners in how to create a baby shower or celebration that supports your postpartum. We’ll chat about registry options, meaningful activities and practical ideas to help your people help you!

Each session is around 1 to 1.5 hours and will be done virtually on Zoom. Your purchase also includes digital access to the Baby Celebrations Guide and follow-up notes from the session.

Who should be at The consults?
Ideally both you and your partner or support person will be at these consults. If you’d like to include grandparents or close friends, they are welcome too!
What is your experience As a consultant?
My experience comes from my certification through two postpartum training programs, previous work as an RN in the NICU, years of self-study and maybe most importantly, my own motherhood experience with two little ones of my own!
will This Ensure that my postpartum is smooth & peaceful?
Unfortunately there are no guarantees when it comes to postpartum. However, these consults will provide you with a greater awareness of the challenges you might face, as well as the resources you would need to navigate those challenges. It will also set you up for practical support so that there’s more time for baby cuddles and less need for panicked take-out orders!
Can i buy consults as a gift for a friend or family member?
Absolutely yes! Postpartum prep consults are an invaluable gift to give your loved one, and I would be so honored to work with them. You can check the “for someone else” option in the form linked above!
Is this worth doing if I’ve had a baby before?
Yes! Even with a second baby or beyond, getting your practical support & mental health support established is so important! I also provide ideas to help with sibling transitions.
